cervical biopsy and possible pregnancy?

i had a cervical biopsy approx 3 weeks ago. i m now over a week late on my period. i took 2 tests and both were negative. i'm getting worried now and don't know what to do. could i be pregnant or could the biopsy cause me to miss a period?
