Ive not had a period for 11 months now

Im 44 and Ive not had a period for 11 months now!!!!! Is this menopause? And can I still get pregnant? Everything that Ive read says that Im going through menopause. If I am then I very happy cause I do not want any more children at my age.

for the past month or so the thought of food, the smell of food, or even the mention of it has made me run to the bathroom with the urge to vomit. i haven't actually vomited, just gagging. food makes me nauseous right after i eat too. i've had a regular menstrual cycle so i dont believe im pregnant....
