Lower back pain radiating to the front

I recently stopped my injections of DEPO provera and have started to have some back pain thats travels round my side to the front. My stomache is tender to touch, and ive had some bleeding but its not fresh blood. Could you narrow down these symtoms for me?

Tissue/skin around anus is red/pink.

I took Cephalaxin (antibiotic) for Impetigo about a month ago.  I have been thinking I have a yeast infection as a result of this but I also recently noticed that the tissue/skin around my anus (1-2 inches out and circular) is red/pink.  Sometimes its sore and/or a little swollen....

lump on groin female

I am hoping for some help with a lump on the female groin. It is red, large, but flat (sort of). I was guessing it was just a weird kind of bruise, like from clothing, at first but now the lump is still there and I am starting to be concerned about the issue. So advice is appreciated!
