I am 37 years old, female. My problem is that I became extremely forgetful, like ‘I have short term memory loss. I don’t know what is wrong with me. Should I blame hormones? I am not in menopause yet, I think. Does anyone else have this problem?

It's normal to forget things occasionally, such as where you put your car keys, but your forgetfulness could be a sign of a more serious problem. If you're female and forgetful age 30, or younger-and no, it's not just your hormones. Women experience memory loss differently than men. I am not a doctor, so I can tell you what could be the cause of your short term memory loss, but I know that there are Herbs and other botanicals medicine that can help you, also exercises, ways to balance hormones naturally and supplements to calm your nervous and endocrine systems.
