I met a girl at work and we are getting on really well. I really like her, and she is very attractive too, apart from one thing. She has a really large, protruding lump on her groin, like a bony growth or something. I feel terrible asking about this, but I really do want to know what this could be. Does anyone have anyone have any answers?
