i used monistat last night, gave me discomfort. this morning it’s been more itchy than initially?

I had laparoscopy for the cyst removal. now I have severe pain and numbness in right arm

Good morning sir.one month back I did laproscopy for ovarian cyst. After that I got pain and numbness in right hand. Pain from shoulder onwards. I can't lie down. Pls give me ur suggestion what I will do? ?It will affect my arm lifelong? Iam too much afraid. Pls answer me. Thanks.
