I've had discharge for about a year and a half and I've had breast development for 2 years and they've stayed the same size since. I'm 14 and I dont have my period. I think it'll come sometime this year, but my real question is... is it normal to have discharge every single day for over a year without your period?

It can be completely normal yes. I'm a lot older now but I didn't get my period until after I was almost 15 years old. I had many times where on and off I had discharge for lengthy times before this. I will note, I was not sexually active during this time either. I didn't lose my virginity until after I was 16. I am sure it is nothing to worry about. Make sure you stay hydrated, take probiotics, or eat healthily and not that I have ever done this but do not use douches or try and rinse out your vagina etc. It is not natural to 'clean' or 'cleanse' in there, that is your bodies job and it does it fine all by itself.
