i started my cycle on a tuesday and it ended on a thursday it usually last from 5 to 7 days other than the 3-5 day difference it was normal bleeding but now my lower abdomen hurts as if ive been working out and doing sit ups im not to sure if thats normal or if something is wrong with me? :'(
