Anus has been leaking a clear, watery liquid.

Recently I have noticed that my anus has been leaking a clear, watery liquid. It smells weird, yet there is not a lot of it, it feels as if I have just been sweating a lot but I haven't, it doesnt feel right.  my anus has been very itchy as well, can you tell me what it might be?

Protected sex. Minor cramps. No period

I have had dizziness, stomach aches, headaches, fever, nausea and fatigue. I feel like throwing up but cant. I also have diarrea. I AM NOT PREGNANT! I am a man! So, theres my symptoms. The cause isn't sure. Is it just a passing bug? Also, i have no appetite. %-)
