I was to menstrate on 28th January but up to 6th February, i did not see my flow, probably because i did not calculate my safe periods very well. I don't want to keep the pregnancy so i took gynaecosid pill on 6th february. Can it abort my pregnancy, which is about 10 days old?

Hi, im in 15 years old and I am experiencing really bad pain at the bottom of my stomach and my bum, I find it sore when I walk, (up and down stairs too) and even when I’m sitting down. I also feel constipated. Does anyone else relate to this and could help me out with advice?
