Two days late..

So I had sex with my bf in Feb. (one month ago) and I had my period after that in that same month but im late by two days in this month (March) what does this mean?? Im a little scared

i am 23yrs old unmarried.. i have a problem of painful periods. i had a doubt of endometriosis i had done the ultrasound which shown a follicle on the right ovary and something was also found on the post wall of uterus. i dnt remeber exactly but it was something lyk hypo...dnt remember that name...
