pregnancy tests are very accurate these days, especially after all this time, it should have shown positive by now if you were pregnant. I would go to your doctor and ask for some blood tests, you may have a hormone imbalance of some sort that they can deal with and perhaps get your cycles on track again. I wish you all the best. 

Well in February I went and saw my doctor and she prescribed me prenatials cause I had just gotten off of the depo shot and it messed my body up but my boobs got bigger and my veins in my boobs are showing all in my chest like they would if pregnant. I get very bad migraines that last for two days and I get them every other day or every two days. I've been taking my prenatials everyday to get my body on track but it seems like its not helping

Ahh well after having the depo shot, it can majorly mess up your cycles for quite a while afterwards, so that will probably be the cause of all this. I'd speak to your doctor again, she maybe able to give you something else to try.
