Why do you ask whether camel toes are unattractive? What is particularly on your mind? Beauty always lies in the eyes of the beholder. Also, a thing of beauty can be presented in an unattractive way. So a camel toe might be unattractive depending on who is viewing it, or how it is displayed.

I'm just curious I guess, I'm not like most girls my age, I've never had sex but I've had one or two boyfriends in highschool. I'd never gotten that far because i was insecure.
As for the way I "present" it, I'm on the thin side so I just wear skinny jeans I find them comfortable, but I see girls get mad fun of because they have them. It's just curiosity I guess

It's good to satisfy your curiosity in a safe way (like on here). Many have sex because they are insecure! If you are secure in yourself, you don't need to have sex to 'prove yourself' or to be 'popular'. I take it that you display a camel toe quite often. A camel toe is more likely if you are shaved and the substance of your underwear will have an impact. Camel toes are often seen in bathing costumes.

A camel toe displays you are female, and some boys will find that arousing or embarrasing, or get excitedly nervous. Sometimes camel toes are accidental, and would embarrass the owner. Some boys (and some girls) will laugh at anything to do with sex, or anything different. Maybe a girl with small or large breasts. Maybe a boy with a large or small penis. They probably make fun of boys displaying an evident erection.
When someone makes fun of a camel toe (for instance), why not ask them what is funny, and see what the reaction is?

I don't think it would make much sense to date in highschool seeing that guys have the mentality of 'hey it's highschool so why not put my penis in everything that moves or breathes'. No point if it's not going to last, that why I waited. But i personally wear the boyshort styled underwear, they are very comfortable and when I'm at home I wear a big teeshirt and those and call it a day xD but I think it's just inexperience in general that kills me. I just don't know what to think. I live in the eastern part of the us so I wear swimwear a lot. It's not an issue because I don't wear a suit that looks like it was made dental floss. It's all one big mess in my head.

Sadly that's so true (there are rare exceptions), but also many girls have a similar outlook. You have a refreshing attitude. "No point if it's not going to last" for sexual intercourse is not just another intimate sexual activity, but a bonding action. Too many have intercourse ad-lib until they marry, then seem to relegate it to happening on a rare occasion, leading to relationship breakdown.

Also it depends on how close-fitting they are. However if worn under tight pants/trousers the camel-toe can be produced. However, the shape of your vulva also has an impact. Labia majora that are puffy tend to have a bigger impact than flatter. A larger clitoris can also separate the labia and create the camel-toe more effectively.
Bear in mind that the camel-toe can be particularly arousing for males, and can be seen as indiscreet. So realise the visual impact of low and/or tight tops, short skirts and the camel-toe. You didn't say much about your own camel-toe, but again with swimsuits, the fabric will make a difference.

It's not really a bother most of the time. I'm just more worried about if I was to get naked in front of a guy would he thing it was gross lol. But mine isn't big and it doesn't stick out a lot, but how it looks from the side it's -.. If you started from my collar bone and went don't it would be my boobs then from under it just goes straight down until you get to my underwear. I have very little stomach fat because I run track, so I'm not sure what it would look like for a guy to see that from looking at me.

getting naked in front of a guy is not mandatory (unless you are married to him). If he loves you, it is unlikely he would find your body gross.
When you say "mine isn't big and it doesn't stick out a lot" do you mean your clit? or your vulva?
If you are lean, then your vulva will stand out more.

I wouldn't know what to think to be honest. I don't think I would be to picky. I don't think I would ever be with someone based on the size of their penis. I'm a little more down to earth than that lol. Personality, interests (POKÉMON, anime in general, metal lover, just being as weird as I am) views on life, all that is more important than the size of something.
