So Ive never done anything like that...everything was fine yesterday when I left but while I was at the beach I went to the restroom, right then i couldnt even wipe without cringing it hurt very bad. Pimples near groin

I have had reocurring pimples near my groin they are painful and most have quite a bit of blood in them when i can finally get one out a few more come up. I keep myself clean,ive tried shaving,not shaving, anti bacterial soap. I dont' know what to do i need help.
