15 years old, headaches before, during and after periods.

I am 15 years old, have had my period for about 2 years, and I always get headaches before, during and now recently after my period. I do not like taking pills etc. so I don't. excessive sweating and weight gain

I am 38 yrs old. I had a hysterectomy when I was 27. I have gained 65 lbs in 3 years and sweat excessively. I recently found out I have high blood pressure also.
