Doctor/patient confidentiality on parents insurance

If you are 18, but still on your parents insurance, is there a way for your parents to find out what you went to the doctoer for? Example being If i go to the docter for birth control or pregnancy testing...could my parents find out?

Hair down there-is it normal?

I'm 14, and I haven't had my period yet and I don't have underarm hair or discharge. I once felt hair around my anus area. I looked closer and it was dark and long. Im not sure if it's normal. I just noticed it a few days ago, and I don't know if it's a sign of puberty or not. What do you think?
