Why is my nipplies small and round?

Guessing you are a female and not a male. Nipples come in all sizes. The nipple can be small to large and so can the areole dark spot around it. As you get older and if you decide to breast feed they will usually grow larger. Don't be upset by this size though as it is actually a turn on to see the tight areole and nipple on a young woman.
