I'm 21 sexually active and this morning I was hurt in between my Vagina and anus I felt down there and its a knot.. Like a perfect lump and there is no spot fit hair nothing you can barely see it but can feel a lump what is it..? Do I need to go to a Dr?

I have a lump in between my anus and vagina, it is closer to my anus. it is not painful or irritant however it noticeable and I am quite embarrassed about it. I am not sexually active so it is not an std but I do not know what it is.

creepy crawly feeling around my anus at night

I have been feeling a weird creepy crawling feeling around my anus at night , it last about ten -thirty minutes on and off then goes away for a few hours then comes back (only at night) I am not experiencing any itching . But I am very paranoid :(
