Pain in my buttocks, It hurts to sit down and walk in a certain way of any kind

Hi there I have a question and is hoping some one could answer this for me. Well just two weeks ago I was fine in dandy. No worries what not but just two days ago I'm coming a cross a real unsettle pain in my lower butt. Now this is the first for this sharp pain that I have when I tried to look at seem to look like pink small bumps on the outer area of my butt hole and it also seem to have a white fluid like but its not pus nor blood coming through. It hurts to sit down and walk in a certain way of any kind. It hurts to use the restroom feels as if I'm straining myself. All it feels as if my hole become tighter. I'm very worried for this being the first time ever so please provide a good detail answer in what to do. Well I have to go my butt starting to hurt once again..
