Best diet for pre-diabetes?
Hello. My mother has been diagnosed with pre-diabetes. I know that if you do nothing, it can lead to type 2 diabetes. I would like us to prevent this somehow. I think that in this step the diet is most important. What would the best diet be in my mother’s case? Does anyone have any idea?
