Itchy and swelling in my vagina

I've been recently experiencing itchy and swelling in my vagina. I got my period and saw skin like pieces also coming out with the blood. Its doesn't have a smell or a white discharge. I believe it could be that I'm irritated to a pad, tampon or maybe too much sex? HELP!
