herbs for respiratory system
I am hoping somebody can give me advice about herbs that improve the respiratory system as a whole. I have a weak respiratory system. I want to take herbs like a supplement on a daily basis, but am not sure where to start? If this sounds like a good idea to you, can you tell me what to do?
