hi. im a concerned 20 year old. i have been haveing pain in my thraot 4 a few weeks now. it feels like theres a lump or something stuck in my thraot. i get light headed alot and my neck stiffens all the time its even hard to eat solid foods and im even trowing up my food every now and then when i eat unless its soup i even throw up liquids too. im only 20 and just recenlty married if u have any idea of what could be going on plz plz plz help me out
