Dietin question from 15 year old
hi ermm where to start. im 15 years old and 5 ft 3, im around 10 stone and really unhappy with my weight. i've been eating around 500 calories a day for the past 2 weeks, but recently read that ur body goes into 'starvation mode' and stores the fat. i'd love to lose a few stone as soon as possible....

Skipped placebo BC.
I'm on ortho-cyclen. I've taken two packs of BC. However, I lost the second pack when it was almost time for me to start the placebo pills. So, I just started the next pack on the regular pills. Is it normal to still have some bleeding? I think it's blood, but it's really dark, almost black....
