hi ermm where to start. im 15 years old and 5 ft 3, im around 10 stone and really unhappy with my weight. i've been eating around 500 calories a day for the past 2 weeks, but recently read that ur body goes into 'starvation mode' and stores the fat. i'd love to lose a few stone as soon as possible. could anybody suggest a good diet plan or helpful tips? thanks :-) xxx
