Menopause, female organs removed
I have had all female organs removed for 2 1/2 years now. I'm not on any hormone therapy. My hotflashes are horrible. The mood swings occurr before and after I've had a hot flash. What can I do? I would also like to know what can I do to get rid of my saggy belly.
