:-( how do you treat a abscess besides antibiotics? it is very painful and it feels like it is on fire or like it has been cut! it is too hard to be lanced but i am about to start a new job in a few days and i need some advice on something i could do to resolve this problem, please help! :'(

Everytime I poo I get a real bad pain after in my lower belly. It gets so painful I past out once. It occasionally hurts after I've had a wee to. It can take up to an hour to subside and I have to lay still while it goes. What could this be?
