For a couple days now red spots on head of penis under foreskin that burns when i pee
I have a uncircumcised penis that the other day i went to pee and it burned really bad, i can't pull the foreskin back it doesn't go back, but i can see red sopts on the right side of the head it only hurts when something touches it. But i am really worried don't know what to do about it???

Periodically I get an itchy sensation on either arm. When I take my shirt off I see a bloody like blotch on skin. This blotch will last for a week or two, until it fades out. This is quite unsitely because I go to the gym and people see these blotches. I am 70 years old in excellent condition....
