Moving toward Menopause?
I am 45 and have missed my period last month. I am having terrible cramping, with my legs hurting also. I feel very nervous. I did a pregnancy test and it was negative. Also, my periods are much shorter and lighter the last few years, though I have been regular. Could this be periomenopause.
