Hi, I am 23 years old and have been on birth control for about four years now (although I switched from Yasmin to Ortho-tricyclin in Aug. 2006). I have had regular periods for at least two years now, and I never have any spotting. However, this month I have had a brownish-bloody discharge with mild cramping for about a week now, and my period is due next Monday. I do not think I am pregnant because I am on the pill and my partner always uses a condom. But I am seriously worried about what is going on. I guess I should add that I started a new diet with exercising after my last period (I don't know if this has anything to do with it. If anyone has any answers, please let me know so that I can calm down. Thanks.
