Skin is painful, puffy, red when shaved hair grows back
So I'm not sure what's going on with me. I'm a guy, and I shave my groin area. Whenever the hair regrows between my scrotum and inner thigh(in the crease), the skin there gets really painful to the touch, red, puffy and (slightly) sweaty until I shave it again. Is it just chafing? How to help?
