i had an abortion 4 days ago and bleeded heavily just for  a day,then had some spotting this morning after some work i started feeling some pains and the bleeding got realy heavy again,please what could be happening?

I wouldn't usually bother with something like this but not enough people post about their positive experiences with medical abortion, I was in tears and gave myself an anxiety attack over reading all the bad experience so scared of taking the second lot of pills 24hrs after to flush everything out...
