Heavy period like bleeding with a clots after medical abortion.

I had a medical abortion on the 20/6/17, I had the normal heavy bleeding, clots, nausea, hot and cold sweats etc. For a few hours and then settled into heavy period like bleeding until the 26/6/17 when it went light and stopped. On the 8/7/17 I've started heavy period like bleeding with clots again....
