I am not married and I got pregnant, It is the first week of pregnancy, I want to make abortion naturally or by pills but I can't go to a doctor, clinic and ask for help as it will reveal to everyone, which I don't want. (In India It is very problamatic)

and I also want to ask if I take a pill to abort or it abort by home remedies, will any doctor be able to track this in the future from any type of test.

Please help me, I am not getting what to do.
