I just had an abortion but I feel fine my problem is I seen a little bit of blood but when I got some there is no blood now I'm scared I thought I was suppose to be bleeding heavy but I'm not am I dying please help me I'm going thru it right now

I dont know if im morethan 1 month pregnant..I eat papaya more often.then I got bleeding...then night my stomch cramping...this is m 3rd day of bleeding but ny stomach still big and I thinkbit didnt remove all the blood which I expected for completely abortion..I feel my pregnancy still continues....
