2 abortions in 1 year and still gaining weight

I had 2 abortions in the past year. 1 surgical and one pill. I thought i was gonna lose weight but instead i gained about 30 lbs its been 5 months since.  Go to. he gym 4 days a week and have a meal plan and still gaining. Someone help!!
