Acne

:-( i had really clear skin with on flaws until i had my 2 child and then i got brown spots on my face which only got worse when i started to take birthcontrol pills and now its 3 1/2 years later and the spots are still there how can i get rid of them without going to the doctor

I have some little scars on my face from acne, which is a condition I have been dealing with for more years than I care to even think about :-(. tetanus shot

My kids were playing in our backyard yesterday, and David, the older one stepped on a rusty nail. I am not sure if he needs to get tetanus shot. They both got when they were 3 and 5, which was two years ago. Should I be worried? How often is it necessary for them to get a tetanus shot?

Large swelling around pimple on forehead
