Pus in armpit?

I have noticed for a while now that sometimes if I check my left armpit, there is a slight bump underneath the skin right in the middle and if I squeeze it, some type of pus-like substance comes out. sometimes it is a little hard to the touch. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks

one year ago i get acne, and now i get a special cure for this called 'coratine'. i have some question if i ate JUNK FOOD an year ago and i stoped eating it, might it be that i have acne because i stoped eat junkfood? maybe my body was addicted to this, and when i stoped it eat i had acne?
