Strange bumps and lumps

Hi, I've been having these pimple like bumps on my private area. When I pop them sometimes there is puss or blood or both. Are they just pimples and are they normal for dudes? Also I'll get this like large lumps and if I squeeze them the same thing will happen or nothing at all till I try later.

i used to have very bad spots but now they have cleared up and i occasionally get the odd breakout just before my period. i want to go to a sauna but my friend said that i will get a very bad breakout if i go, even though my spots have cleared up if i was to go to the sauna would i get spots?

mysterious lump about the size of a large marble
