i had sex for the first time today and i noticed red bumps down in my genital area... i shaved this morning i don't know if it might just be i cut in a little bit in places but my sexual partner has never had sex with anyone else and the small red dots/bumps don't itch or burn or anything there just there and im concerned it could be herpes... please help
