Acne

Acne is an inflammatory skin disorder of the hair follicles and sebaceous glands. They are divided into two groups: non-inflammatory such as whiteheads and blackheads and inflammatory such as papules, postules, nodules, and cysts. Acne can be found on the face, underarms, groin and buttocks, and under the breasts in women. Acne can also arise after shaving or starting a medicine. How can I help my daughter? She is 14 now and she has clear skin, but I guess it is jus a matter of time when acne and pimples will start. I was hoping that there is a way to prevent this. Any tip would be useful.

Hi. I have a facial acne problem. Now, it all got worse. Acne has spread on my chest. I have acne all over my chest now!!! Is that possible? I am really worried. I think it may be some rash, or a disease. Is it possible to have acne on chest?

Hi. I have acne on my face, shoulders and arms. Most recently, acne started to appear on my scalp. Is that possible? I have oily skin and hair, so I guess it is possible. What food should I avoid to treat my acne? I can`t say no only to a chocolate.
