Weird marks after I shave?

When I shave my pubic area everything is fine, and then about 24-36hrs later blood marks appear on my skin. This never happens straight after shaving, always a while later. They last about 4 days and then gradually disappear. Any ideas what I can do to prevent this?

back in my teenage days I had a huge cyst on my lip and I removed it myself before it could go away itself. Ever since then, I have had a piece of that cyst on my lip and it wont go away. It has been there for years and it just wont go away. I do not know what to do.
