What Could Have Caused This?

Since the winter has come and my skin is reddish it really hurts me alike sometimes and it itches and it’s cracking too. I wonder what could have caused this. The situation even gets worse after I take shower. Is there anyone to help me on this for I really have hard time dealing with this?...
