My doctor once told me that it was a sebaceous cyst. But that can't be true since it will develop a head and pus and blood will come out. My gynocologyst seemed to say the same thing too so I don't really know what to do. I started getting them when I turned 19 and I'm about the turn 21 this year. I have gained about 20- 30 pounds so that is probably some of the cause. All I know is that they have gottne worse since 19 and the lumps are larger and very painful. At night I get woken up whenever my thighs are close together or the blanket touches my thigh and everyday is a struggle to walk because of the pain. I have multiple bumps on each inner thigh and all I can do besides hitting the gym is wearing bandages on my thighs to reduce the friction when I walk. If anyone has any ideas or tips that worked for them then please share!

Well for the pain to go away they need to drain. I would not pop them yourself. I have had somewhat of the same problem, and they always feel better after there drained and pressure is released, I use hot compress and SMILE'S PRID Homeopathic Salve 18 GM NDC 0619-4202-54 All natural drawing salve. The hot compress and drawing salve should help it to pop on it's own and that will help much with the pain. Other than that see a doctor an good luck.
