everytime i turn around im finding some black spots on my arms and legs. they are red at first with a dark red middle then they turn black or brown and peals off. sometimes they leave marks on me. most of the time there are all around my arms. what is this i asked a few docs and they dont know. i need to know im scared to show my arms.
