How long does insomnia last during percocet withdrawals

I am on day 9 of detox from Percocet dependency and I am finally feeling better.  However the insomnia is still there haunting me.  I haven't slept in about 5 nights other than 2 or 3 hours here and there.  How long until I can sleep again? Please help!!!

How could I improve my pain threshold
