I'm refusing to take Oxycodone and Methadone, but the pain is unbearable, what to do?

After a bad accident 6 yrs ago I had no common sence about meds...since I never would even take Tylonol.they gave Oxycodone but I refused to take..now they put me on Methadone.i won't take but the pain is unbearable.please tell me when this will go away
