my daughter was in a car accident a week ago she had surgery to put in pins and plates in her arm and ankle. in the hospital she was given small amounts of morphine evry hour for pain along with other meds. she came home on sunday and is starting to get nauseated and chills( today is wednesday) is this just the morphine and other drugs from hospital working their way out of her system? she was also sent home with oxycontin 10 mg 1 every 12hrs and percocet 1-2 tablets evry 4-6 hours. also she has not had a bowel movement since coming home and no one said anything about her having one in the hospital. should i be concerned?
