Missing my period due to taking paracetamol and ibuprofen pills

Ive recently been taking lots of paracetamol (3 pills twice a week) and lots of ibuprofen (3 pills twice a week) and ive noticed my period cycle is messed up there is some months where i miss it and some where i have it. Have i done something bad?
