Plaquenil side Effcts

pimple on my lip

ok i had a pimple on my lip, and i tried to pop it, but it didnt work, and now my lip is bulgy from being irritated. I did use ice to make it less bulgy, or go away but it came back when the ice melted. this is normal right?
