could this be caused by anxiety. i have excessive mucus constantly in my throat it is there all the time i cant eat anything or drink properly i have been in hospital they couldnt find anything wrong. i feel very sick all the time

side effects of guanfacine

I am looking for folks whop have been prescribed guanfacine for PTSD or anxiety. I suffer form both, and have been suggested guanfacine on two separate occasions, but so far I have decided not to go the medicated route. herbs for anxiety

I have regular anxiety attacks and have taken valerian before and have also considered st john's wort, though some say that this is more for depression. Anyway, the valerian does work some, but not as much as I hoped it would. Are there any other herbs for anxiety that I should try?
